Let’s Party at Imagine Foundry

Celebrate your child’s big day with creativity, curiosity, and hands-on fun. Imagine Foundry parties are custom-designed with your birthday star in mind and built around making, playing, and exploring together.

 

Each party is guided by our staff and centered on experiences that encourage imagination, problem-solving, and joyful mess-making in a safe, welcoming environment.

Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We partner with schools, libraries, nonprofits, and businesses across the UC to bring hands-on creativity where it’s needed most.

Imagine Foundry Parties Can Include:

Celebrations that Bring Us Together

Parties That Create Memories

Our parties are designed to make celebrating easy and joyful. Each experience brings kids, families, and friends together through hands-on activities, creative play, and shared moments that turn special days into lasting memories.

 
 

Available Add-Ons

  • Additional guests: $8 per guest

  • Custom catered menu: full meals, snacks, or desserts (pricing varies)

  • Photography & video coverage: $50 for digital copies

  • Additional set-up or clean-up support (pricing varies)

 

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward the total cost. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Full payment is due before the party begins.

Party & Event Expectations

To help everyone have a great experience, we ask that all parties:

  • Start and end on time

  • Notify us of any changes in arrival time or guest count

  • Treat guests, staff, volunteers, and the space with respect

  • Complete basic set-up and clean-up, leaving the space as you found it

  • Keep food and drinks out of learning and maker lab areas

Pets are not permitted unless they are service animals and approved in advance.

Imagine Foundry reserves the right to update expectations as needed and will communicate any changes prior to your event.

 

Waiver & Safety Information

Imagine Foundry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. All participants must sign in and sign out and agree to our activity waiver, which includes acknowledgment of hands-on tools, messy materials, and guided supervision.

In the event of injury, families grant permission for staff to provide appropriate care and agree to be available if needed. Participation includes acceptance of inherent risks associated with creative, hands-on activities.
