Little Yogis with SunJoy Yoga is a gentle movement experience designed to support calm bodies and focused minds.

 

This activity introduces children to breathing, balance, and mindful movement in a supportive environment led by a trusted instructor.

What You’ll Experience

Children participate in age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and simple movement sequences that encourage body awareness and relaxation. Sessions are playful and welcoming, blending imagination with gentle structure so kids feel comfortable exploring movement at their own pace.

The experience emphasizes listening to your body, slowing down, and practicing mindfulness in a way that feels natural and fun.
